We stage more than 24 homes a month, giving us plenty of experience in staging a variety of properties.

With over 10 years of successful staging experience servicing San Francisco and the Bay Area, we know what it takes to build a connection between home and buyer. We’ve staged all types of properties from luxury homes to small condos. Our expert consultants not only take care of the entire staging process, we guide you through all the decisions and preparation that may be necessary prior to staging, such as color, paint, and light fixture selection. All our packages include this consultation service.

 

Our process is simple, straightforward, and requires very little time investment on your part. When we receive a request for staging, we walk the property with the realtor and homeowner. We examine the home thoroughly, discovering and discussing all the opportunities for staging. Using this information, we develop a plan for what needs to be fixed, installed, painted, or repaired prior to staging. Once all the pre-staging work is complete, we’ll agree on a scheduled date for staging and take care of the rest.
